Acidic products (vinegar, descalers, cement haze remover) and abrasives.

Clean with pH-neutral products; impregnation limits staining.

How much does cleaning cost?
That depends on the floor area, the frequency, the condition of the premises, the materials and the timing. That is why we work with tailored quotes. Each service page shows which factors determine the price.
Do you visit first?
For recurring cleaning and larger jobs, we prefer to come and take a look on site. For smaller or straightforward jobs, a quote based on photos may be enough.
Which regions do you cover?
Every municipality in the five Flemish provinces: Antwerp, Limburg, East Flanders, West Flanders and Flemish Brabant. Check your postcode on the Service area page.
How do you handle keys and alarm codes?
We agree with each client who holds keys or badges and how they are stored. Alarm codes are only shared with those who need them.
Which products do you use?
Professional products suited to the surface and the type of soiling, correctly dosed. For disinfection, we only use biocides authorised in Belgium. Where a more environmentally friendly product works just as well, we choose it.
