Cleaning & maintenance

Office cleaning and business premises maintenance

You mostly notice a well-kept office when it isn’t. We draw up a cleaning plan that suits your occupancy, your opening hours and your floors, and we stick to it consistently.

How it works

  1. 01

    Walk-through

On site, or using plans and photos, we look at the zones, floors, occupancy and your expectations.

  2. 02

    Cleaning plan

For each zone, we set out the tasks and frequency: what is done daily, weekly or monthly is set down in black and white.

  3. 03

    Regular round

Your team works at set times, with clear agreements on keys, alarms and access.

  4. 04

    Follow-up

One point of contact, short reviews and adjustments whenever your occupancy or building changes.

Frequently asked questions

Can the cleaning take place outside office hours?

Yes, that is common practice. We agree set time slots (early morning, evening or weekend) and record how access and the alarm are handled.

Do we work to a fixed frequency?

That is up to you. Many offices combine a short daily round for toilets and kitchen with a more extensive weekly clean and a periodic deep clean.

Who supplies the products and equipment?

We bring the cleaning equipment and products. We can top up consumables such as toilet paper and soap from your stock, or supply them ourselves by arrangement.
