Good to know
Every floor type needs a different approach: acidic products attack limestone and marble, too much water damages wood and strongly alkaline products are not suitable for linoleum. That is why we always ask about the material and test first.

Techniques we use
TechniquesScrubber-dryer
Scrubs, rinses and picks up the dirty water in a single pass. Efficient for large hard floors, and safe because the floor dries quickly.
Single-disc machine, stripping & protection
With the right pad, a single-disc machine cleans, strips or polishes a floor. On vinyl and linoleum, we then apply a protective layer.
Microfibre & colour coding
Microfibre cloths and mops pick up fine dirt with little water and product. One colour per zone (washrooms, kitchen, office) prevents dirt from being carried from one room to another.
Frequently asked questions
Can you make a dull floor shine again?
Often, yes, depending on the material. Sometimes machine cleaning is enough; sometimes stripping and a new protective layer are needed. After a test, we know what is realistic.
Can a parquet floor be cleaned with steam?
No, steam and lots of water can make wood swell. We clean parquet with little moisture and a product that suits the oil or lacquer finish.
