Good to know
Wool and hand-knotted rugs, such as Persian rugs, cannot withstand hot steam or aggressive products. For very valuable pieces, we sometimes recommend a specialist workshop.

Techniques we use
TechniquesEncapsulation
A product encapsulates dirt in crystals that are removed at the next vacuuming. Low moisture, so the carpet can be walked on again quickly.
Spray extraction
A cleaning solution is sprayed into the carpet and immediately extracted again, together with the dirt. For deep cleaning.
Dry steam
High-temperature steam with little moisture loosens grease and deposits without much product. Suitable for grout, washrooms, stainless steel and kitchens.
Frequently asked questions
How long does the carpet take to dry?
After encapsulation, the carpet can usually be walked on again quickly. After spray extraction, allow a few hours, depending on ventilation and fibre.
