Facade, cladding and roof cleaning
Green deposits, moss and dirt do more than spoil the look of a building. We choose the cleaning method according to the material: what concrete cladding can withstand may damage old brick or a roof tile.

Facades
- Prior inspection and test area
- Cleaning at low pressure, with hot water or steam, or with a suitable product

Good to know
High pressure can damage joints, soft brick and roof tiles. We only use it on materials that can take it; otherwise we work with low pressure, soft brushes and suitable products.

Techniques we use
TechniquesLow pressure & softwash
Cleaning with a suitable product and water at low pressure, sometimes warm. The product does the work, not the force of the jet.
High pressure (limited)
High pressure is powerful but not harmless. We only use it on materials that can take it, with the right distance and pressure.
Moss removal & protection
Removing moss and algae, followed by an anti-moss treatment or impregnation that slows down new growth.
Frequently asked questions
Do you also repair roofs or gutters?
No. We clean and clear gutters. If we find any damage, we report it so that a roofer can repair it.
Is impregnation always necessary?
Not always. It limits moisture absorption and new deposits, but it has to suit the material. We advise on each facade individually.
