Clearing a home is a heavy task, especially after losing someone close. We work discreetly and respectfully, set aside what the family wants to keep and hand the property back swept or fully cleaned.

- Dismantling wardrobes and beds where needed

- Documents, photos and personal items set aside for the family
- Usable items to a charity or second-hand shop where possible
- Waste sorted and taken to the recycling centre or a licensed processor
Handover
- Property handed back swept or ready for cleaning
- On request, a thorough final clean of kitchen, bathroom, windows and floors
- Photos of the empty rooms, useful for the check-out inspection or the sale

Techniques we use
TechniquesMicrofibre & colour coding
Microfibre cloths and mops pick up fine dirt with little water and product. One colour per zone (washrooms, kitchen, office) prevents dirt from being carried from one room to another.
Dry steam
High-temperature steam with little moisture loosens grease and deposits without much product. Suitable for grout, washrooms, stainless steel and kitchens.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to be present during the clearance?
No. After the site visit we can work with a key. You receive photos at the start and at the end.
What happens to items that are still usable?
Anything the family wants to keep is set aside. Usable items go to a second-hand shop or charity where possible; the rest is sorted and disposed of according to the rules.
How soon can you start?
Usually within the week after the quote is accepted. If there is a deadline, such as a check-out inspection or a sale, we plan around it.
