Cleaning & maintenance

Cleaning of communal areas

The entrance hall is a residential building’s calling card. For building managers (syndics), owners’ associations (VMEs) and landlords, we provide a fixed cleaning plan for each building, with a clear division of tasks and a dedicated point of contact.

How it works

  1. 01

    Building visit

For each building, we look at the areas, floors and specific points of attention together with the building manager or a resident.

  2. 02

    Cleaning plan per building

Tasks and frequency for each zone, so the owners’ association knows exactly what it is paying for.

  3. 03

    Regular visits

We come on set days and report any irregularities or defects we notice.

  4. 04

    Reporting

On request, we confirm each visit and keep the building manager informed.

Frequently asked questions

Can you look after several buildings for one building manager?

Yes. We then work with a plan for each building and one point of contact for the whole portfolio.

What happens if you notice a defect?

We report it to the building manager or the contact person set out in the plan, with a photo if necessary.

Can the frequency vary by season?

Certainly. In autumn and winter, more dirt tends to be tracked into the entrance; we can temporarily increase the frequency.
