For recurring cleaning and larger jobs, we prefer to come and take a look on site. For smaller or straightforward jobs, a quote based on photos may be enough.

We agree with each client who holds keys or badges and how they are stored. Alarm codes are only shared with those who need them.

Yes. If you have your own requirements, for example in the food sector or for a special floor, we follow them.

Not necessarily. For a first visit or a handover, however, it is useful to go through the arrangements together.

Let your contact person know as soon as possible, ideally with a photo. We will look at what went wrong and arrange a time to put it right.

Professional products suited to the surface and the type of soiling, correctly dosed. For disinfection, we only use biocides authorised in Belgium. Where a more environmentally friendly product works just as well, we choose it.

No. Steam is ideal for grout, washrooms and stainless steel, but not for parquet, wool or sensitive glued joints. Take a look at our material guide.

Only if the material can take it. We usually clean brick, joints and roof tiles at low pressure with a suitable product.
