A clean site is a safer and faster site. We schedule our visits in consultation with the site manager, so that the next team can start on a clear, low-dust surface.

What is included
Periodic site cleaning
- Sweeping and vacuuming floors and stairs
- Clearing walkways and passages
- Cleaning the site cabin or temporary welfare facilities by arrangement
Preparation for PUR insulation
- Making subfloors completely dust-free with an industrial vacuum cleaner
- Removing loose debris, mortar and tape
- Checking corners and edges
Waste
- Collecting site waste that falls within our job
- Sorting according to the site’s waste streams
- Taking it to the skips or the recycling centre as agreed

We look at the phasing, access, safety rules and the site’s waste streams.

Visits are scheduled around the next steps, for example the day before the PUR is sprayed.

With the appropriate personal protective equipment and in line with the site rules.

We immediately report any irregularities or damage we notice, with a photo on request.

Techniques we use
TechniquesHEPA vacuuming
Industrial vacuum cleaners with a HEPA filter retain fine construction dust instead of blowing it back into the air.
Microfibre & colour coding
Microfibre cloths and mops pick up fine dirt with little water and product. One colour per zone (washrooms, kitchen, office) prevents dirt from being carried from one room to another.

Can you make a floor dust-free for PUR at short notice?
We do our best to fit in with your schedule. Let us know the spraying date as early as possible and we will schedule the visit just before it.
Do you take away all the site waste?
We collect and sort the waste that falls within our job. Large quantities of rubble or specific waste are discussed in advance and included separately in the quote.
