Who is responsible?

The data controller is 2Cleansolutions. For any questions about privacy, you can reach us at contact@2cleansolutions.be.

What data do we process?

When you request a quote or contact us: your name, email address, phone number (optional), company name and VAT number where applicable, the address or postcode of the job, the description of your request and any photos you add yourself.

We do not ask for sensitive data. Please avoid photographing people, documents or other personal information.

Why, and on what legal basis?

To handle your request, prepare a quote and communicate with you. This is done on the basis of steps you yourself request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

If you become a client, we process the data needed to perform the contract and to comply with our legal obligations, such as accounting (Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(c) GDPR).

The form is protected against misuse (such as spam) on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

How long do we keep your data?

Requests that do not lead to a job: no more than 12 months after the last contact.

Photos attached to a request: deleted once the quote has been prepared, and after 6 months at the latest, unless they are needed to carry out a job.

Client data: for as long as we work together and thereafter for as long as the law requires (for example, accounting legislation).

Who do we share data with?

Only with service providers we need to run the website and our communications, such as our hosting provider and email service: Vercel (website hosting) and Google Workspace (e-mail). They only process the data on our instructions.

We do not sell data and do not use it for third-party advertising.

Transfers outside the European Economic Area: our service providers may process data outside the EEA; this only happens with appropriate safeguards, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict its processing, to object and to data portability. To exercise these rights, send an email to contact@2cleansolutions.be. We will reply within one month.

You are not obliged to provide data, but without contact details we cannot respond to your request.

We do not take decisions based solely on automated processing.

Lodging a complaint
